First Chapter — The Dawn of Emergence

In the hustle and bustle of the real world, there lie silent guardians from the spirit realm. Qin Zhiqiang, a retired soldier, carried the glory of his military career along with some confusion. After leaving the army, he found work at a fitness club, where he encountered Xue Jiao, a guardian from the spirit realm. Xue Jiao, like a ray of light, dispelled the darkness in Zhiqiang’s heart and gradually helped him regain his confidence. Meanwhile, Chang Liang, another retired soldier, was under the silent protection of Piao Yuntian, also a spirit guardian, who even joined Chang Liang’s company as a colleague. Though once fellow soldiers, Qin Zhiqiang and Chang Liang embarked on completely opposite paths due to their differing values.

Piao Yuntian was injured in a battle against shadowy figures, so Xue Jiao took his place at the company. She recruited Zhiqiang to assist her, and when Zhiqiang met Chang Liang at the company, they realized they knew each other. Zhiqiang threw himself into his new work, learning diligently and excelling day by day.

While recovering in the hospital, Yuntian met a mysterious girl named “Sun,” who followed him everywhere for no apparent reason. The two eventually fell in love. But trouble soon brewed at Xue Jiao’s company: Chang Liang went missing, and the entire building was shrouded in an eerie atmosphere, covered by dark clouds of negative energy. Xue Jiao used a fire talisman from their captain, Huofeng, to seal the building and prevent the dark energy from spreading. Zhiqiang also discovered irregularities in the company’s accounts. Having recovered, Yuntian was on vacation with Sun in another city but couldn’t stop worrying about Xue Jiao. He returned to the company, learned of everything, and felt deep guilt.

Chang Liang was wanted by the police for economic crimes. When the group went to Chang Liang’s home to explain the situation to his wife, they spotted Chang Liang and gave chase. Cornered by the police, Chang Liang’s car crashed, and the fuel tank leaked. Just as an explosion was imminent, Xue Jiao, with water attributes, used her “Water Escape” technique to protect everyone. In the end, Chang Liang surrendered to the law.

To completely eliminate the evil human forces and shadowy figures, the guardians planned a raid. Zhiqiang contacted the police and persuaded them to let him participate in the operation. As an insider, Chang Liang also assisted in the case to atone for his crimes. On the eve of the police raid against the human villains, shadow armies poured through cracks in the dark clouds above. The five spirit guardians—representing wind, fire, thunder, lightning, and rain—assembled to resist them. After the police arrested the evil forces, the shadow armies weakened. Then, the Black Deacon appeared, charging at the guardians but shielding Piao Yuntian from other shadows’ attacks. It turned out the deacon was Sun, who had been by Yuntian’s side all along. Before dying, Sun expressed her wish to be a good person, shed tears, and turned to ashes, burdened by her tragic fate.

After the battle, the guardians’ mission concluded, and they returned to the spirit realm. Grieving over Sun’s death, Piao Yuntian chose to wander and cultivate. Zhiqiang continued working at the company, now full of confidence and spirit. Chang Liang was sentenced for his crimes but realized his folly in prison, resolving to reform and live honestly. Upon his release, his wife waited for him, and they started a new life together. Chang Liang finally understood that only by walking the right path could he protect his most cherished ones.

現実社会の喧騒と暗闇の中に、静かに守護を続ける霊界の守護者たちがいます。退役軍人の秦志強は、軍隊での栄光とともに未来への迷いを抱いて軍を離れ、フィットネスクラブで働く中で、霊界の守護者・雪嬌と出会いました。雪嬌は一筋の光のように志強の心の闇を晴らし、次第に自信を取り戻させました。一方、同じく退役軍人の常亮は、霊界の守護者・朴雲天に守られており、朴雲天は常亮の勤務先に入社して同僚となりました。かつての仲間である秦志強と常亮は、価値観の違いからまったく逆の道を歩み始めます。​

朴雲天が黒い影との戦いで負傷したため、雪嬌が彼の代わりに会社に赴任。雪嬌は志強を採用して協力させたところ、会社で常亮と再会し、互いに知り合いだとわかりました。仕事に打ち込む志強は一生懸命学び、だんだん成果を上げるようになります。​

病院で療養中の朴雲天は、「太陽」という神出鬼没の少女と出会いました。彼女はいつも突然現れて雲の後をついていき、最終的に二人は恋に落ちました。しかしその頃、雪嬌の会社で異変が起こります。常亮が失踪し、建物全体が負のエネルギーの黒い雲に覆われ、不気味な雰囲気が立ち込めます。雪嬌は隊長・火鳳の火符を使って建物を封じ、黒気の拡散を防ぎました。同時に、細心の観察力を持つ志強は会社の帳簿に異常を発見しました。傷みが癒えて退院した雲は、太陽と外地で休暇を過ごしていましたが、雪嬌のことが気になり帰社。状況を知った雲は深い罪悪感に襲われます。実は常亮は経済犯罪で警察に指名手配されていたのです。一同が常亮の家に行き、奥さんに説明しようとした時、偶然常亮の姿を発見し、緊迫した追跡劇が展開されます。警察の包囲網の中で常亮の車が暴走して転覆、燃料タンクが漏れ出す危機的瞬間、水属性の雪嬌が「水遁」の術で周囲の人々を守りました。最終的に常亮は法の裁きを受けました。​

人間界の悪勢力と黒い影を根絶するため、守護者たちは掃討作戦を計画します。志強は警察に連絡し、誠意を持って捜査への参加を許可されました。常亮は知情人として、罪を償うため捜査に協力しました。警察が人間の悪勢力を逮捕しようとする直前、黒い雲の隙間から無数の黒影軍が湧き出し、「風火雷電雨」の五人の守護者が全員集合して抵抗しました。警察による悪勢力逮捕が成功すると、黒影軍の力は次第に弱まりました。その時、黒執事が現れ守護者たちに襲いかかりますが、危急の瞬間に朴雲天の前に立ち、他の黒影の攻撃をかぶりました。それが雲のそばにいた太陽だと驚かされます。太陽は死の直前、「自分も善人になりたい」と願いを述べ、不幸な運命を背負いながら涙を流して灰になって散りました。​

戦いが終わり、守護者たちの任務は一応終了し、霊界に戻りました。太陽を失った朴雲天は深い悲しみに暮れ、修行のため放浪の旅に出ました。志強は会社で働き続け、精神面と自信は以前と比べて完全に変わりました。常亮は犯罪の罪で刑を受けましたが、刑務所で自分の愚かさに気づき、心を改めて着実に生きる決心をしました。出所した時、妻がずっと待っていて、二人は新しい生活を始めました。常亮はついに、正しい道を歩むことでこそ、最も大切な人を守れることを理解しました。
